Dispatch & Shipping

Each piece of Natalie Salisbury Jewellery is hand-made in my jewellery studio in Titahi Bay, New Zealand, and making times can vary depending on each piece.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that I have received your order. Once I have made and dispatched your piece of jewellery you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Ready to ship pieces will be sent out the day of the order, or the following day depending on the time of the order.

For silver pieces please allow for 1-2 days making time + shipping time.

For gold-plated pieces please allow for 1-3 weeks making time + shipping time.

For solid gold pieces please allow for 1-2 weeks making time + shipping time.

Completion times for all bespoke or specially commissioned pieces will be discussed prior to beginning each project. 

Here at Natalie Salisbury Jewellery I regularly work within shorter time frames if it is required, so do feel free to mention any time constraints in the comments box when you place your order. Alternatively, please contact me before placing an order at natalie@nsj.co.nz

All parcels are shipped via overnight tracked delivery with NZ Post - a signature will be required upon delivery.

Expect to receive your parcel within 1-3 days of dispatch for non-rural addresses. Rural deliveries can take a day or two longer.

NZ Post International Courier is used for all international orders. This is a tracked service that usually takes between 6-10 working days.

Whilst I try to ship your items to you with all costs covered, I am not liable for any import tax or duties that an item may incur upon reaching its destination. Some countries worldwide allow the import of jewellery duty free, but please note that these limits differ from region to region and I am not able to monitor them.
